Duties include, but are not limited to:
using quality data to make recommendations for educational presentations for all hospice disciplines; work with and support the QAPI team with audits, data collection, data analysis and improvement initiatives; assist with staff professional development and specialty qualifications; assist with on-boarding; assisting staff with problem solving.

Will require drivingEducation and/or Experience Requirements:
A BSN in Nursing is required.
3 - 5 years experience in hospice is required.
Experience with teaching, precepting, or in-service presentations required.
Experience working in an admission or intake dept.

Requires proficient computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office products and various software, database and electronic records programs.
Must possess and demonstrate highly effective interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
Knowledge of nursing practices and principles is required.
Experience in staff development and/or training and Home Care experience is preferred.
Proficient computer skills, including experience with various software, database and electronic records programs is required.
