Why? Because we have some of the most talented people in the world!We are searching for a Social Worker- LICSW- Behavioral Health to perform a wide variety of duties in Southcoast Physician Practices providing behavioral health services to Southcoast Health PCP patients across the system.
Duties include conducting behavioral health assessments and providing behavioral health treatment including individual and family psychotherapy utilizing brief treatment modalities.
Serves as a consultant and resource to practice staff in the management and treatment of behavioral health disorders.
Provide functional or technical supervision over other employees in same or closely related classifications, where scope of supervisory responsibility is limited to direction, guidance, explanation, etc.
Provide gap counseling while patients are awaiting appointments with new counseling services.

Southcoast Business Center - Fairhaven, MA; This is currently a hybrid program with remote work and, in practice, or other safe settings.
Travel:
Driving on average 3 or more times per week requiredEducation and/or Experience Requirements:
A Masters Degree in Social Work from an accredited college or university.
Current Massachusetts Licensed Independent Clinical Social Work (LICSW) is required.
Demonstrated ability to perform as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
Experience with electronic medical record documentation preferred.
