Responsible for maximizing the efficiencies, performance and cost across all aspects of the manufacturing processDeployment of Operational Excellence inclusive of LEAN, IIoT, Analytics, DMAIC, and other productivity tools are key enablers for successProvides strong leadership, team building, organizational development, coaching and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to motivate people, assess and develop employee skills.Maintains support for all ISO, Halal, Kosher, NSF certifications/approvals and supports new product development needs and introductions to ensure NPD timelines are achieved.Establishes and achieves all manufacturing Key Performance Indicators and continuous improvement goals on exceeding quality, cost, and productivity requirementsQualifications we are looking for:
o Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or engineeringMaster's degree preferredo Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, supply chain or related field that includes at least 3 years in a leadership capacity o Excellent mastery of Excel, Word, and other MS Office applications o SAP ERP experience o Demonstrated understanding of the principles and applications associated with grease/lubrication manufacturingThese are your
