Summary:
The Junior Graphic Designer is responsible for carrying out direction from Design leadership for all digital facets of the brand, both on site as well as offsite paid marketing.
This role focuses on creation, development, preparation, and execution of a wide variety of projects.
Projects include retail/merchandising materials, paid media, email marketing, promotional marketing, organic social and more.
This position requires a strong collaborative and explorative designer, with a hands-on approach to support multiple creative projects.
This is a hybrid role, with ability to come into our corporate office at least 2 times per month for group meetings or when requested.

Responsibilities:
Generate on-brand, engaging shoppable content for all digital Brahmin platforms, and other various omni-channel touchpoints (including direct mail, retail signage, and more).
Design eye-catching email layouts that lead to higher levels of engagement and increase click-through rates, as well as sales growth.
Concept and create engaging motion graphics for email, web, paid and organic social channels.
Ad hoc projects as needed related to advertising and marketing development responsibilities.
Knowledge of print design to assist in creation of direct mailers, retail graphics, invitations, corporate stationery, hangtags and business cards, in store and promotional packaging.
Produce a wide range of innovative, user-focused solutions that are multi-faceted and incorporate all the elements of a great experience whilst conforming to style guidelines.
Take ownership of projects including everything from concept to creation.
Explore unique creative solutions across a wide range of visual techniques including design, animation, gifs and photography.
Use sophisticated typography with an understanding of its relevance and consistently thinking of ways to enhance and elevate in ways unique to the social platform experience.
Bring a fresh graphic approach that speaks to the ethos of the brand.
Ensure that work is produced to a high quality, with a consistent clear design, adhering to the Brahmin brand aesthetic.
Maintaining and elevating brand positioning with quality design standards.
Communicate status of projects regularly to the Sr.
Manager of Design and Project Specialist.
Ability to prioritize in a high-volume project calendar in a fast pace, rapidly changing environment.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field with 1 to 3 years of experience as a Production Artist or Junior Graphic Designer, fashion industry experience a plusExperience in design/social/digital represented by a portfolio of workExpertise in Adobe Creative SuiteExperience concepting and creating engaging motion graphics for digital marketing channelsFirm understanding of all relevant social media platforms, as well as current trends in the landscapeStrong command of graphics, typography, layout, form and colorProficiency in Photoshop and InDesignAbility to multitask to meet deadlinesAbility to thrive in a collaborative environmentStrong communication skills both written and verbalAbility to work quickly with strong attention to detailAbility to stay organized in a fast-paced environmentSense of urgency to complete projects/ tasks.
