Summary:
The Manager Financial Reporting role will manage the planning, preparation and issuance of quarterly and annual financial reporting on an IFRS basis for our foreign parent, quarterly and annual disclosures in the companys SEC filings, and is responsible for coordination and review of statutory and other financial statements.
Responsibilities:
Manages the preparation and submission of consolidated and legal entity financial reporting on an IFRS basis to Fila Korea, Ltd. Primarily liaison with the Corporate finance team of Fila Korea, Ltd. Manages and reviews controls, journal entries and related disclosures for US GAAP and IFRS employee benefits plans accounting. Manages the annual audit as well as preparation and submission of the defined benefit and defined contribution financial statements of the Company. Manages the preparation and submission of quarterly and annual government reporting surveys. Manages the review and coordination of statutory financial statements of foreign subsidiaries. Ensures compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley is maintained for responsible areas. Assists with ad hoc reporting and special projects as needed. Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Finance, or Business required. Masters or CPA/CIA or other designation preferred. Five (5) to eight (8) years of progressive public and private accounting experience is required. People management experience preferred. Experience leading others is required Industry experience with a publicly traded multinational consumer products company is preferred. Strong enthusiasm for technology, innovation and a fast-paced business environment. Enthusiasm and passion for athletics, golf, and the Titleist and FootJoy brands.
